Morrow County Antique Tractor & Equipment Association, Inc.
Craft Show and Flea Market
Dear Crafters, Antique Dealers, and Flea Marketers:
We have both indoor and outdoor exhibit space available. Indoor spaces are 10'x10' or 10'x15'. Outdoor spaces are about 30' wide frontage and about 20' deep. You may buy two or three spaces together if needed. You may camp at your outdoor space for free.
Our event continues to grow as we work to further publicize our event and involve more groups in the show! Last year we had over 30 outdoor vendors and about 25 indoor vendors participating in the flea market and craft show. We also feature a Farm Toy Show in floral hall.
The 30th Annual Farm Days, sponsored by the Morrow County Antique Tractor & Equipment Association is planned for the weekend of August 2, 3 & 4, 2019. We would like to invite you to participate in our show! We are featuring Allis Chalmers tractors this year!
At the top of this page there will be a link to a printable version of the application form for you to fill out and return to us by July 1, 2019. If you had a space last year, you will have first opportunity to have that space again if we get your registration by the deadline. After that date we will allow space on a first come, first serve basis. If you were in our show last year and would like to change places, I will also put you in line on a first come, first serve basis. The registrations will be put in place as they are received. We look forward to seeing you all in August!

CRAFT SHOW: This is in the White Commercial Building at the front of the fairgrounds. We like to keep this for quality homemade crafts, home party shows, service organizations, and one or two fine antique dealers. You must provide your own tables, chairs, racks, etc. If using electric, please bring extension cords. If you choose not to be with your space during the entire time the building is open, please be sure to cover your tables with sheets or other covering. We prefer that you be open for the entire show!
OUTDOOR FLEA MARKET: This is located around the fence of the race-track and in the front yard of the fairgrounds and wherever else we need to go to accommodate our growing show. No cars should part along the show route, and there should be continuous items for sale along the show area to keep the flow of the show going. Please do not block doors or sight of anyone else's spaces.
CAMPING: We have a camping area at the show that you are welcome to stay in for a fee, or if you are an outdoor vendor, you are welcome to camp with your display. Please let me know on your registration form the size of the camper you will be using. There are also hotels in the area, but get your reservations in early for those. There will be no camping before Thursday night, August 1st!
Please make checks payable to: Morrow County Antique Tractor & Equipment Association.
Please include a self-addressed stamped legal size envelope for location confirmation, passes, and any last minute information that we need to send you.
